★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーナーが代わっても差が出にくいコンビニで、ここまで差が出て酷くなるかというわかりやすい例。駐車場のゴミ、ガラスの汚れ、ポップの汚い字、陳列の雑さ、品出しのワゴン？なんて前のオーナーの時は客前で出しっぱなしは無かった。接客も教育が行き届いてないのが良くわかる。バイトもワンオペでイライラしてます。
リニューアルしてしばらく経ちましたが見事な改悪。汚い文字のポップがあちこちに、、狭い通路に何故か山積みの商品。店員の車が一番良い場所に止まってるし、全て客目線ではなく店(オーナー？)目線での対応でどこみて商売してるの？と聞きたいくらいです。ポップの文言みたらよくわかります。
セルフレジ周りの汚さを見るとバックヤードは一体、、店内調理の弁当は怖くて手が出せません。他人事ながら今後が心配です、、

今日はレジの時に店員が品物をカウンターに置く前に手からぶんどっていったのでイラッとしました。以前は気持ちよく利用していましたが、もう行かないかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに行ったらオーナーが変わっていたんですね。いつもの可愛いお姉さんがいなくて、若干ムスッとした店員さんが一人。
店内も手書きの注意書きがたくさん貼ってあってあまり良い雰囲気ではなかったです。
オーナーが変わるだけでこんなにも雰囲気が変わるもんなんですね。
店員さんはなんであんなにムスッとしていたのか、人の顔をジロジロ見るのか不思議でした。

週1回か、月に数回、数年通っています。久しぶりに来てみたら眼鏡の優しいお姉さん店員さんがいなくなっている…。
対応していただいた叔母様店員さんがまあなんとも言えない接客…。前の方の会計待ちで並んでおり、前の方の会計が済んだのでレジ前まで行くと何故かずっと後ろ（外）を見ている。何かあるんだろうかと思いながら１分ほどそのままで、あれ、私のこと気づいてます？と思っていて、漸く振り返ったと思ったらいらっしゃいませーと。いや、黙って待ってたんですけど…。むしろ初めにお願いしますと此方から言いましたよね…？
その後、一番くじを引かせていただきましたが、終始中途半端で…。普通会計終わってから引くものでは…と思いながら会計とくじを引くのが同時進行で両手が塞がり大変でした…。だるそうというかなんというか、敬語とかは使っているのですが丁寧とは遠い対応で、以前のお姉さん店員さんがとても感じの良い方だったので、残念です…。
暫く様子見て、時間帯とか変えて次回は来てみようかな…。
