★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約した商品を取りに行ったら商品が発注されてなかった。店長らしき人が「発注忘れたので仕方ないですね」と謝罪もなし、しかも他の商品を買うように進められた。
この店で約はしてはいけません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品の品揃えがよく深夜によく利用させていただいているのですが、木村という男性の接客態度が悪すぎます。レジに並ばないと勝手に舌打ちをされ、奥からイライラしているのか、なにかを投げたりしている音がします。レジに並ぶのがとても怖いです。なので深夜はお勧めしません、やめてほしいです。
The product lineup is good and I often use it at midnight, but the customer service attitude of a man named Kimura is too bad. 広いが台数は少ない。
店舗も広く、フルサービスが揃っていて申し分ない。

木村さんが接客態度を改めない限り私と同じく大谷口店に行くお客さんが増えるでしょう☺️
I don't really say anything to customer service, but I'm a little skeptical about Mr. Kimura's humanity, who speaks to other people in red.
Unless Mr. Kimura changes his customer service attitude, more customers will go to the Oyaguchi store like me ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が広いのでたまに利用しますが、店員がレジにいない、呼んでもバックヤードからなかなか出てこない。会計もこちらが悪いかのような不貞腐れた応対。特別な接客や丁寧な挨拶を求めるつもりはありませんが、ちょっと酷いなと思いました。ちなみにレジ待ちは自分を入れて5人いました。
Since the parking lot is large, I use it occasionally, but the clerk is not at the cash register, and even if I call it, it does not come out easily from the backyard. The accounting is also unfaithful and rotten as if this is bad. I don't intend to ask for special customer service or polite greetings, but I thought it was a bit terrible. By the way, there were 5 people waiting for the cash register, including myself.
