名	名無しのそーめん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は清潔感があり、1部の店員を除いた対応は比較的良いかと思います。先日利用した所、とある店員の対応が非常識で最悪でした。第一印象は40代半ばくらいの男性で、身なりが整っておらず不衛生に感じました。それだけなら全然許せますがレジでの対応は控えめに言って胸糞悪かったです。当時、ローソンでヤマト運輸の集荷サービスを受け付けていない事を知らずに集荷の手続きをしてもらおうとレジへ荷物を出しました。普通なら「申し訳ございません、当店ではこちらのサービスはご利用出来ません。ご了承ください。」の様な敬語での受け答えをするのが常識な所を、「うちヤマトやってない、郵便局に出して」と面倒臭そうな表情で伝えてきました。その返事がとても胸糞悪く、腹が立ちました。その後、商品を持ち会計の為に再度レジへと行きました。その時店員は厨房で何やら作業をしていたらしく、会計をしてもらう為に声をかけた所、ため息を吐きながらこちらへ向かってきました。会計中も無言でいかにも怠そうな態度をとっていて、見ているだけでも気分が悪くなります。このような対応しか取れないような人は本当に接客業には携わって欲しくないと感じました。 The inside of the store has a clean feeling, and I think that it is relatively good to deal with it except for one salesclerk.
