寄ったついでに扉開けるとやっぱり汚かったです。
3度全て汚かったのでこーゆー店なんだなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜間から朝方にかけての長身、茶髪、薄眉毛の店員に気をつけて。複数の買い物をすると金額を多めに請求してきて、証拠隠しの為かレシートを渡してきませんでした。
Be careful with long-haired, brown-haired, thin-haired clerks from night to morning. When I made multiple purchases, I charged a lot for the amount of money, and I did not give a receipt for concealed evidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おばさん店員でした。どこのローソンでも同じ頼み方、同じ支払いの言い方をして問題ないのに、「idで」を「支払いできませんね～」と勝手にedyにしてるし、謝らない。
「ホットカフェラテ、エルで」と頼んだのに、ふたが合わない。「ふたがエルで合わないんですけど、、、」と聞いたら、「エムでレジ打っていますよ❗」と平然という。「エル頼みましたよね」と言っても、こちらが悪いような顔ぶりでその事にも無視されました。
やっぱり謝らない。近くにいるお客さんたちには、あまりにも堂々とした店員の姿にわたしが不審な顔をされる始末。2,3日に1つのペースでカフェラテ買ってきて、トータル300以上飲んでると思います。
誰にでめ聞き間違いはあります。それを言ってるんじゃなく、その後の対応に唖然とし、気分がかなり悪いです。
たかがカフェラテ1つと思わず、接客を一から見直してほしいです。

I asked "Hot Cafe Latte, L", but the lid doesn't fit. When I heard "The lid doesn't fit with El, but ..." he said, "I'm hitting a cash register with M." Even if I said, “I asked Elle,” this was a bad look and it was ignored.
After all I do not apologize. To customers nearby, I was overwhelmed by the appearance of the store clerk. I think I bought a latte at a pace every two or three days and drink a total of 300 or more.
There is a mistake in listening to anyone. I'm not saying that, I am stunned by the response after that, and I feel pretty bad.
I don't think Takaga is one latte, but I want you to review customer service from scratch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナのこのご時世に、お金の受け渡しはトレイでとお店側で明記しているのに、お釣りは手渡しですか？ レジ袋をお願いしますと先に言って「はい」と言ったのにも関わらずレジ前に商品を並べられ「ありがとうございました」？最初にレジ袋をお願いしますっていいましたけど？と言うと不機嫌そうにレシートを要求され「レジ袋代入ってませんね」3円になりますとかまず自分のミスを謝罪なさい。 もうこの店にはいきません。
夜のやたら声の高い店員にご注意を。
