店員によって接客がまちまち
こちらが驚くほど丁寧な店員も居れば
汁物容器倒しても謝罪せず
隣にいる同僚と喋ってるクソ店員もいる
そんなこんなで通うのをやめました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう何年も前ですが、店員の接客は最悪でした。普段から私自身声がこもってるので聞き直される事もよくあるのですが、ここの店員からは「は？」と気だるい感じで聞き直されました。接客が終わっても「ありがとうございました」の一言もない。しかも40代くらいのオーナーの様な方でしたので普段からアルバイトもこんな接客してんのか？と悪い方へイメージが膨らんできてしまいました。
何年も前の話ですから改善されてるのかもしれませんが、私がローソンへ行く時は数百メートル先にある賀茂ボールの東広島御薗宇店に行く様にしています。
Many years ago, the clerk's service was the worst. I often hear myself because my voice is muffled, but the clerk here asked me "Haha?" There is no word "thank you" even after the service. Moreover, since he was like the owner in his forties, did he always work part-time? And the image has expanded to the bad one.
It may have been improved many years ago, but when I go to Lawson, I go to Kamo Ball's Higashi-Hiroshima Misono U, a few hundred meters away.

コロナ禍なんだから無理に手渡してお釣りを返さないでトレーに置いてください。
感じ悪かったです！この店には二度と行きません。
