び	びちゃん。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品の取り扱いがあるか何度電話しても出ず、店舗まで行き結局取り扱いもない。また別の日に買った商品が袋に入ってないこともあり、閉店よりかなり前に電話しても出ず…。結局店舗に取りに行くことになり、レシートも見せながら電話したことをレジで言うも｢バイトは電話に出ちゃいけないんで｣とのことです。買った商品が入ってなかったことも、｢あ、じゃあすいません｣と乱雑に商品を渡すようではダメですね。バイトだろうが何だろうが、問い合わせやクレームの電話は受けるべきです。｢自分が担当じゃなくて分からない｣｢店長、オーナーがいないと分からないから後日オーナー等が出勤の日を伝える｣など対応の仕方はあると思います。正直、そんなことも出来ないような店舗は存在する価値もないので本部の方へ連絡させていただきます。 I don't answer the phone many times to see if the product is available, It goes to the store and there is no handling after all.
