★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度の悪いパートの方がいます。マイバック持参で買いに行ったら品物をバック入れてくれずカウンターの横に起きっぱなしで次の方を精算されました。しょうがないので手を伸ばしてその方の前から掴み取りしました。大変気分を害しました。名前はハッキリと覚えてます。
There is a part with a bad attitude. When I went to buy it with my bag, I couldn't put the item in the bag and kept standing up next to the counter and the next person was paid. I could not help it, so I reached out and grabbed him from the front. I was very upset. I remember the name clearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一番くじでラストワンまであと三回ってとこでお一人様5回まで制限で引けずに他の方がひかれるのを見守っていたら、お客様さんが誰も手にして出てこないのに棚から残りの景品と販売パネルを片付け始めました。店員に聞いたら終了しましたと濁していましたが店員さんが買取したってこと？ありえない。それに引いたくじを何も言わずに一緒にめくり始めたのにはさすがに引いた。いくら時間短縮と言っても後ろに並んでいる人はいなかったし、無言で一緒に引くのはどうかと思う。他の店舗ではこんなことなかったから初めてだった。ローソン本部に報告しときます。
