がしかし、前々から店長の対応が最悪です。 『いらっしゃいませ』も言えない商売人、いや、○○失格ですわ！

セルフレジのコストもアレかもしれないけど、導入してくれたらなと思うこの頃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長(メガネをかけた小太りの男性)の対応が最低すぎました。自分が注文の聞き間違いをしたにも関わらず自分を正当化しようとして、こちらが指摘すると そのことに対して一切謝らず嫌々作り直すというのは接客うんぬんの前に人としてどうなのでしょうか。そして、パンやお菓子をお箸で食べる人も少なからず居るということも理解して頂きたいです。店長という立場をきちんと理解してください。

こちらが声をかけるまでレジにいる事に気づきません。
お客がいるのに自分の作業ばかりで使えない。
商品を落とした店員が正当化して落としたから、お客さんが落としたので交換できないと正当化してきた。
また落とし散らばった仲間を中に詰めた。
最低です。
