★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道7号線バイパス添いにあるので、特に昼ころは混みます。また、隣接地にラーメン屋とガソリンスタンド（GSは閉店し更地になっている）が有るのと、赤信号回避のいわゆる「ショートカット」する車も若干あるので、注意しないといけない。あと、『Ponta会員』対象にしているボーナスポイントの扱いがいい加減だ。ポイント付与期間の初日と最終日は、ボーナスポイントをここは付けません。Ponta会員のみなさん、ボーナスポイントが欲しい方は、ここは行かない方がいいね!また、ここでロッテのチョコパイを買ったら、チョコが溶けかけの状態で、すぐ食べたら、スポンジケーキ部分がボロボロなり、食べにくい状態だった。ここでチョコ菓子は買わない方がいいね。ここの駐車場、かなり傷んでいる箇所があり、走行には注意を要します。しかも、この状態が長く放置された状態です。
