大きな声でキンキン偉そうに話すことと、テキパキ仕事ができる事は違います。
接客スキルの向上に期待します。

【執拗な非難・威圧的な行為・仕事以外の事柄の強要】
２名ほど客の前でも平然と研修中の子に対して怒鳴りつけたり人格否定や暴言など、客として聞いていても気持ちよく買い物もできないです。客に謝罪させる店員もいました、人に頑固と言う前に自分が一番頑固ということに気づきましょう。今後の接客スキルの向上に期待します。
