美義屋旅館さんに泊まって朝方買物に行きました、朝早くのお散歩に丁度の距離でした、隣にランドリー ( 24hでは無い様です ) が在りますので長期滞在に便利です。
We stayed at Biyoshiya Ryokan and went to shopping in the morning. It was just a short walk in the morning and there was a laundry (not 24h) next to it, so it is convenient for long stays.

年配の店員さんが多いですが、その分気が利くのでレジなどやや時間がかかる場合があります。 ただ、夜間のスタッフの質は最低。 コーヒー頼むと舌打ちされます。 2020年11月16日追記 2020年11月19日午後6時~11月25日まで、店舗改装のため営業休止します。 改装後陳列棚が高くなり、狭い店内と相まってものすごい圧迫感があります。 また、電子レンジがセルフとなっており、二つあるレジの片方は台が狭くやりとりしづらいです。

片方のレジにしか店員さんがいなくて列ができ始めたので、当然『レジお願いしまーす』と声掛け。“隣のレジに行ってください”みたいな立札を出さないままでレジを空けて、その脇で何やら別の作業をしている女性店員さん。『レジお願いしまーす』と声を掛けられているのに、中々レジに戻らない。『あれ?』と思って見ていると作業の手を一旦止めることができない様子。どうやら一度始めたこと(作業)は最後まできっちりやっちゃいたいっていうタイプみたい。気持ちは分かるけど、状況次第でパッと切り替えることが苦手なタイプは、フレキシブルでスピーディな接客対応が求められるコンビニの仕事は全く向いてないのかと。何故わざわざ接客業を選んだのでしょう?その集中力を生かせる仕事はきっと他にあるはずなのに。それにしてもコンビニではよくあることなんですが、不在の立札を置かないままでレジを離れて空にするのはやめてほしい。客の側にすればそのレジに行ってもいいものか非常に戸惑ってしまいます。何処のコンビニでも人手不足なのでしょうか。

店員同士大きな声でお喋りしながら品出しをしていて、レジに並んでいても気付いてない事がある。あと、何人か並んでるのにレジを1台しか開けずに品出ししたまま放置とか。 店員同士のコミュニケーションや品出し業務の優先度のほうが高そう。客がいてもお喋りをやめる気配がない。 レジの人は声がちっさくて笑顔のひとつもない。 自分も昔ローソンで働いていたので、悪いところしか見えない。結局はオーナーの問題。
The clerk is talking loudly with each other while offering goods, and even if they are lined up at the cash register, they may not notice it. Also, even though there are several people in line, only one cash register can be opened and left unattended. It seems that the priority of communication between clerk and product delivery work is higher. There is no sign of stopping talking even if there are customers. The cashier has a small voice and no smile. I used to work at Lawson, so I can only see the bad things. After all, it's the owner's problem.
