★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのコンビニには、屋内外にイートインスペースが常設されており、wi2やローソンWifiも設置されているので、ちょっと休憩する際には最適です♫
屋内は22時ごろから清掃のため、使用不可にはなりますが、屋外でしたら、24時間利用可能です！
屋外には喫煙スペースがいくつか設けられているので、どなたでもしようできるのではないでしょうか。
また駐車スペースも10台ほどあるので、気軽に立ち寄れます。
通りから1本入ったところにあるので、ご利用される際は、一度調べてから行かれると迷わずに住みます！

田町駅の芝浦口からレインボーブリッジ目指しててくてく15分ほど歩いていくと遭遇します。
高速道路の下を潜ったところにあります。
芝浦の港エリアで働く人のために公共の資金が入ってる？とかで、パッと見ローソンですが、めちゃくちゃ生活用品が充実してます。
イートインスペースも店内、テラスにもあり、いつも誰かが喫煙、食事してる印象です。
厚切りカツサンドが食べ応え最高でいつも誘惑されます。

店内は普通のコンビニですが、店の中と外にそれぞれイートインスペースがあってゆっくりと出来るので少し長居をしました。
すぐ近くに交番もあってあまり変な人は来なさそう～と思いました。
