Launderette - 港区 Minato City

周囲に同等の施設がなく、貴重なコインランドリー。そのせいで混み合っており洗濯機が全台利用中のこともしばしば。2019年に縦型洗濯機が新調され、300円からに値上がり。洗剤の販売は無いので近所のコンビニで買うか、400円で洗剤自動投入の横型洗濯機を使うか。狭くてくつろげない場所だが実際に助かっているので高評価。

すごく狭い路地の中にあるコインランドリーです。ドラム洗濯機が400円普通のが200円乾燥は10分100円となかなか良心的です。小銭がない場合は店の前の自販機でジュースを買えばなんとかなると思います。赤坂にあるコインランドリーとは思えない（失礼）なかなか趣のあるコインランドリーです。 でも助かりました^^;

No es una gran Lavanderia. El sitio no es que esté muy limpio pero hace un buen servicio. Hay lavadoras de dos tipos. Las más baratas, de la izquierda, limpian suficientemente bien la ropa. Por 200 yenes 30 minutos de lavado. Supongo que se tiene que llevar el jabón propio, pero cuando llegamos había un bote de detergente así que lo cogimos de ahí. La secadora cuesta 100 yenes por cada 10 minutos. Es grande así que seca pronto. Fuera hay zona de fumadores. Abre 24 horas, está en un callejón y es un poco deprimente, pero hace lo que tiene que hacer, que es lavar la ropa. Las máquinas están en buen estado y las explicaciones de funcionamiento son fáciles de entender. Dentro no hay aire acondicionado.

Completely avoidable for the following reasons: 1) Very small 2) Really difficult to locate 3) Very small washers - capacity of 6 or 7 kilos 4) No coin dispensers 5) Filthy and badly maintained.

The laundromat was good. Some of the machines are a little old. There are now signs saying no detergent is provided unlike previous reviews. You need to go through an alleyway to get here. (I could not find it when I went at night time. I returned the following morning. Look for the Japanese characters. It is not the exact location on google. You must enter from the other side of the street. I asked for directions at a nearby cafe.

The coin laundry accepts 100 ¥ coins only. The small washing machines need 200 ¥, the big ones 400 ¥. Detergent is automatically supplied. The dryers need 100¥ per 10 minutes, depending on the cloths it needs 30 minutes to dehumidify. Make sure to bring enough coins.

Great hidden little coin laundry with giant dryers. ¥100 for 10 min. No change machine here, only takes ¥100 coins.

Review as of November 2020. This Coin Laundry facility is located in the small alley near TBS station. Very well kept and clean, in a small room. Very convenient as it is open 24/7. All machines take only the ¥100 coin so bring plenty of it. There’s no coin exchange machine other than buying a soda from the soda machine outside, and no detergent sold at this place. You can buy a multiple small packet detergent at convenient stores for ¥200 or less. There are 2 types of wash machine. 3 Small one is ¥300 for 5kg load which you need to put the detergent. The 2 large wash machines is ¥500 for 10kg load, where detergent is automatically supplied and dispensed. There was a small detergent box on the counter, perhaps someone left it? Or may be by the owner. Washing cycle is about 30minutes on either machines. There are 6 large dryers. ¥100/8 minutes. I had about 10kg (=a large 35liter gym bag size) worth of load, and yet, dried in less than 20 minutes! I thought for sure I was going to spend 90~120minutes just for the dryer, from another coin op dryer experience in the past. I went on a Sunday morning around 8:30am, it was pretty busy already. So if you load and leave the premise while you wait, you may want to put the timer on your smart phone and come back before each machine time is up to collect your clothes as a courtesy to others. That also prevent other people from taking your stuff out to start their laundry, or theft. There’s no bench or folding table in this facility, is the only minor nuisance to my opinion, coming from US, otherwise a great place to wash your clothes in less than an hour if you are staying in Akasaka Mitsuke area.
