く	くまさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ５年程お世話になっております。このサロンの良いところはスタッフさんだと思います。接客がとても良い方ばかりです。綺麗な店内で客層も良く落ち着いた雰囲気の店内です。衛生管理もきちんとされており個人的にはそのあたりも安心できるお店です。当初はネイルだけで通っておりましたが、今ではまつ毛、脱毛と全てお世話になっております。お値段はリーズナブルなのにどのメニューも仕上がりはいつも大満足です。友人も紹介したところ今ではすっかりラピスさんのファンです。駅前のタリーズ近くのビルの３階です。１階の裏にある、おやき屋さんも美味しいです。あまりネットに力を入れていないところがやや惜しいのですが、お店に行ってみるといつも季節に合わせたイベントをやっており毎回行くのが楽しみです。これからもよろしくお願いしたします。 Thank you for about 5 years. 無	無名 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間通りに始まらない上にあやまりもなくネイルが始まる。待っていた時間もあるのに、一定の金額でしか一時間無料にならないし駐車場の金額が高い。一番マイナス評価なのが、ラインで予約できるとあるのに予約の返信が遅い、それなら空いている日に予約が自動でできる等改善してほしい。誰かしら既読ついているのなら内容ですぐ返事が欲しいものかどうか分からないのだろうか。待ってる間１日が無駄になる。こちらから催促をしなかったら１日無駄にしていた。昨日の予約の返信が催促をして14時は遅すぎる。こちらにも予定があるから上記の事らは本当に勘弁してほしい。改善のほどよろしくお願いします。 It doesn't start on time and the nails start without a hitch.
