S	Sheep Dog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夏に出かける予定があり、準備中で色々買い物してます（2019/4現在）。ファンデはダブルウェアを使っているのですが、普段はキレイだけど、去年の真夏は汗を拭くとファンデがゴッソリ取れる！残ったファンデもぼかす事すらできない、と思っていたところ、 LDK(色々実際に試して比べる雑誌)で、そのように書いてあり、一方、ランコムのタンイドルウルトラウェアリキッドは崩れにくいと見て興味を持ちました。敏感肌で、化粧品やボディクリームなどで、しばらくたつと肌に異常が出た事があるため、すぐに買いたくない、様子を見たいと思いました。私に合う色も見て欲しいのと、サンプルが欲しいという目的で、そごう千葉店ランコムに立ち寄りました。清楚なBAさんが、とても丁寧にメイクしてくれました。私の希望を聞き、サンプルも始めはbo-01だったのに、試してみて(どちらも合いそうで迷ったのですが)、夏に使うし標準色のbo-02 が合うということになったら、サンプルの色まで変更してくれました。すぐに買う訳じゃないのに、素晴らしい対応でした！こんな店ばかりならいいのに‼️と思いました。ありがとうございました。 I'm planning to go out in summer, and I'm preparing a lot and shopping in various ways (as of 2019/4). 山	山崎友生 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランコムのファンデを長く使っていました。いつもは都内で購入していたのですが、千葉に転勤してきたので初めてそごう千葉店さんに来訪しました。スポーツで日焼けしてしまい、これまでの色が合わなくなったと感じたので、カウンターへ。コロナの影響でタッチアップできない旨承知していたので、手に出していただきカラーを確認。その後、サンプルをいただいて顔に試し、改めて買いに来ようと思っていました。短髪の40代くらいの女性B.Aさんが担当されましたが、初見から笑顔のない素っ気ない方だな、とは感じていました。今日は買わず、自宅でフェイスでサンプルを試してまた買いに来ますと伝えると、B.Aの態度が急変。サンプル１つだけカウンターにポイと置かれ、私がまだカウンターに掛けているのに、何度も「ありがとうございました～ありがとうございました～ありがとうございました～」と立ち去るまで「早く帰れ」オーラ満々に言ってきました。こんな扱いを受けたのは、そごう千葉店さんが初めてで、ショックです。これまでお世話になっていた都内店舗のB.Aさんは、こちらの悩みに親身になって寄り添ってくれて、忙しい中でもタッチアップしてくださったり、笑顔もとても素敵でした。商品だけじゃなく店舗自体にも魅力を感じられていました。それなのに、こんなB.Aさんがいると思うと、コスメカウンターに行くのが怖くなり、今後はネットで買うか、別のブランドに切り替えるしかないかと思うと、残念でなりません。ランコム、大好きだったのに‥。 I've been using Lancome foundation for a long time.
