★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vast food store with a long aisle’s worth of decent fruit and veg at decent prices, including pineapple in November. They hold a large variety of most packaged food types. In the evening it’s slightly soulless, a function of the store’s size and its location - close to neither Ajikawaguchi or Nishikujo stations.
The even larger car park reinforces the point that this megastore is meant to service people with four-wheeled motorised transport. Walking here is possible from both rail stations; it’ll take 20-30 minutes of brisk foot action. The streets in both directions aren’t always brightly lit, so if you’re terrified of the dark bring a head torch.
There are other discount food stores such as Gyomu Super which are far more accessible via public transport, so I wouldn’t recommend this place especially. Even if you’re staying/living nearby other places have more things going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cheap supermarket with a wide selection of products. It's a little out of the way, but it's worth a trip when you can get peanut butter for 100 yen. There is a great range of bento prepared on site and a decent bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap, if not very good, produce. Big supermarket like you'd see in Europe or US. lots of things stacked high. Not great to look at but does reduce prices. Lots of frozen or instant foods. Decent amount of meat/fish/veg but mostly low quality.

I usually go here for milk tea ice cream, but lately I don't see it on the shelves :(
