I'm not very familiar with cheese, so I asked them to tell me their tastes and lifestyle of the gift recipient, but the gift recipient was very pleased. The cheese is delicious and I like the liver pate here.

It seems that some products are purchased directly from Europe without going through an agency. Even from my abstract image of cheese and wine, which I am a beginner, I was able to propose an accurate match between cheese and wine, and I was able to purchase it comfortably. It's a nice shop that makes me want to study cheese and wine by talking with the staff a lot in the future.

They just don't have a clue how to cut the cheese and they cut out so much cheese which is often considered the best part (i.e. the runny parts or the centre). What an absolute waste!! Either train your staff properly or don't sell French cheese !! So sad to see so much food wasted!!!
Y	Yvan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellentissime selection of French, Swiss, Italian and even British (And probably more countries) cheeses and also have some really good charcuterie (Ham, saucisson, foie gras, pate en croute). I bought Beaufort, Comte, Epoisse, Brie, Emmental, Stilton, etc. In addition, they have a good selection of wines, some excellent bread and even Guanciale if you like to cook tomato sauce based pasta. I believe they have partnership with chefs as their pate en croute seemed to be a pop up for a "limited time".
