1ヶ月前ぐらいに 酸熱トリートメントをしていただきました。 私の髪質には合っているらしく、 伸びが良く、ツヤも出て満足でした。 ストレートは縮毛矯正ほどは維持できず、 効果は持って3週間ぐらいかなーという感じでした。 ですが、縮毛矯正は出来るだけもうやりたくないので、とりあえず3ヶ月間月一で通ってみようかなと思います。 髪質が改善されればうれしいです。

一年半前からからカラー・トリートメント、メンテナンスカットで通っており、ついに三年ぶりにショートにしようとカットお願いしました。 ショートボブにしたくて写真も数枚見せたのですが、仕上がりは短過ぎるし全体的に浮き上がるし最悪でした。 少し前下がりにしましたと、横は少し長さがあるのですが、後ろは襟足が丸見えでトップの髪は耳上の長さのがっつりショートになっていて、ボブとは?と思いました。 店内の雰囲気も美容師さんの人柄もすごく良いのですが、イメージの写真を見せて違うものになるのは納得いきません。 カラー・トリートメントで行くのは良いのかもしれません。

最悪です。白髪カバーしたくてベースは暗めでハイトーンウィービングのいわゆる外国人風のカラーを画像まで見せてお願いしたのに、ウィービングとの境目が殆どない金髪に近いヤンキーカラーにされました。ベースの色が明るいと言ったら、元々カラー履歴が均一じゃないのでそれをできる限り合わせたらこうなりましたと。確かに毛先は自分で黒染めした部分が残っており、完璧にならない説明は受けたし自分でも分かってはいたけど余りにも画像とトーンも色も違い過ぎる。もう一度画像を見せて、ウィービングとの差が分からないくらい明るいですよね?と言ったら、投げやりな感じで「ならもう一度ウィービング入れますか?」と言われました。いやそういう問題じゃないし…極めつけは「ボクもそれなりに経験詰んでますんでぇ」と言い訳にすらならない呆れた言葉。この時点で既に6時間半経過。身も心も疲れていたし、担当がかなり高圧的な態度で正直怖くて、その場は様子を見ますと言いました。接客も最低で、予約時の要望欄にカラー履歴もやりたいカラーも書いたのに見てないし、施術中に同じ質問も3回され、極めつけは会計時に「荷物預けてましたっけぇ?」と言われ…アンタに荷物預けたし。ホント最低。しかも担当はオーナーです。支払額は3万円。私の大切な時間とお金を返して欲しい
