★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンしたばかりらしく、木の匂いが心地良いスタジオでした?
シルクサスペンションを体験しましたが新感覚で楽しかったです！インストラクターの先生がゆっくりレッスンしてくれたので初めてでしたが何とか最後まで出来ました！！
最後にハンモックの中で寝る時間があったのですが、凄く気持ち良かったです！
次の日良い感じに筋肉痛になりました?
またお願いします?
