★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20-30席ほどのこじんまりしたお店で、カウンター席はオープンキッチンになっています。よくあるスペインバルと思って入店したら大間違い、パエリアから〆のデザートまで本番スペインの郷土料理そのものが味わえる、お酒にも、料理にも、拘っているレストラン/barです。
パエリアは出汁にも拘っています。スキレットで出てくるので、お焦げまで美味しい。イベリコ豚の生ハムもカウンターの原木よりその場でカットして貰えます。
店員さんも柔らかい雰囲気で接客して下さり、非常に満足。またお伺いいたします。
It is a small shop with 20-30 seats, and the counter seats are open kitchens. It's a big mistake if you think it's a common Spanish bar, and you can enjoy the real Spanish local cuisine from paella to dessert. It's a restaurant / bar that is particular about alcohol and food.
Paella is also particular about soup stock. It comes out as a skillet, so it's delicious until scorched. Iberian pig prosciutto can also be cut on the spot from the log on the counter.
The clerk also served customers in a soft atmosphere and was very satisfied. I will visit you again.

お店の名前にあるようにカジュアルなお店です。
会話から地元の方と思われる年配の方も多いのに気付きましたが、何となく昭和のバー的な雰囲気を味わえたのが良かった。
食事は、美味しく、珍しく美味しいお酒も紹介して頂きました。
次は、しっかり時間を取って行きたいです。
