ランチコースですが、一品一品に思わず感嘆な声が出てきます。
値段が高いという声もありますが、この料理にとっては安いくらいだと思います。それほど料理が素晴らしいです。
料理の素晴らしさは、既に皆さんがアップしていますので、詳細はそちらで確認して下さい。
ただ、席に座ってもお水は出てきません。料理は味が濃い料理も有るので、口が乾きます。ドリンクをもっと注文して欲しいのでしょう。日本では着席時にお水が出てくるので、そのようにして欲しい。
それが残念です。

小さなお店ですが味が良く接客が丁寧で、料理の説明なんかも一生懸命にしてくれました。また、こちらの状態をよく見ていて、タイミングよくお皿を出してくれます。きっと良い親方のもとで修行をされたんでしょうね。大切な人を連れていくなら、こんな店を選びたいものです。コロナ禍で大変だと思いますが、頑張って欲しいです。また伺います。
