言われた通りに靴を履き歩いていると、はじめは足首周りがキツくてつらいなぁ。と思いました。ただ、歩き終わったあとには違和感がなく、慣れたのかな？程度に思っていました。
後日、別件で昔の靴を履いたところ…ゆるゆる過ぎてものすごぐ歩きにくく、よくこんなんで歩けてたなと、あのままだったら膝とかやられてたかもしれないと感じました。
ウォーキング等される方は一度来訪されることをおすすめします。
