M	Mihori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3回目の来店。雰囲気がいいお店と思っていたが、今回で印象が全く変わってしまった。諸事情で10〜15分遅れる旨を電話すると「次の予約が入っているので間に合わないかも」と言われ、なら出直すと伝えると「とりあえずお店に来てください」と言われた。10分遅れで店に着くと、ギリギリ大丈夫とのことで施術してもらえたが、10分遅れでここまでドキドキしなくてはいけないものなのか。また、何の断りもなくハーブカラーを施術されていたらしい。このお店のカラーは、普通のカラーとモニターで頭皮チェック等するハーブカラー（普通のカラー＋2150円）がある。今回は頭皮が映ったモニターを見せてもらうことがなかったので普通のカラーだと思っていたのだが、家に帰ってから金額がおかしいことに気づき、翌日電話をした。「普通のカラーだったのにハーブカラーで計算されていませんか？」と聞いたところ、「実際にハーブカラーをしました。頭皮チェックも確実にしましたし、モニターをあなたに見せました。」との答え。断言するが、今回はモニターで自分の頭皮をチェックすることは絶対にしていない（頭皮チェックのためには大きな機械が出されるので見逃すことはない）。だがこちらの言い分は全く聞いてもらえなかった。それどころか「ん？」と小馬鹿にしたように何度も聞き直されて、とても嫌な気持ちになった。結局何も解決せず、諦めて電話を切った。アシスタントの奥さんは柔らかい雰囲気の優しい方だが、店主の対応が酷すぎる。もう二度と行くことはないし、友達・身内にもオススメはしない。 Third visit. The assistant's wife is a gentle person with a soft atmosphere, but the shopkeeper's response is too harsh. I will never go there again, and I do not recommend it to my friends and relatives.
