ま	ま__ま__ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物はとても綺麗で素敵です。ただ、担当する職員に当たり外れがあるかも。担当してもらったおばさんにこの書類が欲しいことを伝えただけなのにブチギレられてるような対応取られた。上から目線もすごいので耐えられず、自分も同じような態度で接したら（大人気なかった…）対応はマシになった。ただ、他の職員に対する態度は凄いでかいし上から目線だから声聞こえるだけで不快でした。 The building is very beautiful and nice. However, the staff in charge may be wrong. I just told the aunt who was in charge that I wanted this document, but I was taken care of. I couldn't stand it because my eyes were amazing from the top, and if I treated myself with the same attitude (it wasn't very popular ...), the response was better. However, the attitude toward other staff members was huge and I was looking from above, so it was unpleasant just to hear the voice.

n	nyam nyam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烏丸今出川西入る北側にあります。木組格子の一際目を引く外観の建物です。内装はとても綺麗でユニバーサルデザインで利用しやすいです。対応してくださった受付の方は、笑顔で愛想が非常に良い…という感じではありませんが、たんたんとスピーディーに手続きを進めてくださる方でした。分からないところは丁寧に教えてくださいました。午前中にいくと比較的に空いているようです。金曜日午前中でしたが、運良く人数待ちはありませんでした。また何かあれば気軽に利用したいと思います。 It is located on the north side of Karasuma Imadegawa West. There are a few workers who do speak English but if you just know a bit of Japanese or can use a bit of Google Translate then you can get by with most issues no problem! It's a local government office just like any other.
