★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交通事故で被害に遭い、保険会社に紹介されて見積りをしてもらいました。対応してくださった社長さんは、こちらの不安を取り除くかのように非常に親身になって話を聞いてくれました。見積りのことだけでなく、保険のことについても丁寧な説明をしてくれました。こちらが尋ねたことにも分かりやすく答えてくれ、最初の不安はいつの間にかありませんでした。
先日、修理完了の連絡をもらい車を引取りに行きました。事故で傷だらけになっていたところはキレイに直っていました。さらに洗車までしてくれてたので修理に出す前よりピカピカになってました。
そして最も感動したのが、事故とは別にバックドアに凹みがあったのですが、見積りの際、修理するならいくらかかるか聞いたところ、予想していたよりも高額だったため直すのを諦めました。ところが、凹みが目立たなくなるレベルまでサービスで直してくれていました！ありがとうございます！！
終始、丁寧な説明と対応で安心してお任せすることができました。
最後にひとつだけ。
非常に親身になって対応してくださるので、想定より長居することになる時もあります。時間にゆとりがない時は、その旨伝えることをお勧めします。
 I was injured in a traffic accident and was introduced to an insurance company for an estimate. The president who responded listened to me very kindly as if to remove my anxiety. He gave a polite explanation not only about the estimate but also about the insurance. He answered what I asked in an easy-to-understand manner, and I didn't have any initial anxiety before I knew it.
The other day, I was notified that the repair was completed and went to pick up the car. The place that was full of scratches in the accident was repaired cleanly. In addition, he even washed the car, so it became shiny than before I sent it for repair.
And what impressed me most was that there was a dent in the back door apart from the accident, but when I asked how much it would cost to repair it at the time of estimation, it was more expensive than I expected, so I gave up fixing it. .. However, the service fixed it to a level where the dents became inconspicuous! Thank you! !!
