Second visit. A village where the air is delicious and you can feel nature and history. I was surprised at the thickness of Oesugi in Maesawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 曲り家の展示は何処にでも有るが、ここは住人が居るので中を見れるのは一軒だけ。その中もありふれたものばかりで特筆するものは無い。曲り家集落案内所ですお金を払ってまで見るものでは無いと感じた。
There are benders everywhere, but since there are residents here, only one can see. Among them, there are no common ones. It is a turner village information center. I felt that I didn't see it until I paid for it.

藁葺き屋根の家屋で普通に生活されているので、遠慮がちにその風情を堪能させて戴きました。
観光シーズンには通行規制があるとのこと。
You should stop by and take a look.
Since I live normally in a thatched-roof house, I tended to be reluctant to enjoy the atmosphere.
There are traffic restrictions during the tourist season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車散歩の途中に訪問してボランティアの方に解説いただきました。この地域は、かやぶき屋根の古民家で皆様生活していますが、この資料館だけ昔ながらの建物内部を見学できます。下のいろりは板間の居間、上のいろりは畳のお客様用、さらに仏間はヘリのついた畳の最上客用だそうです。2階には子供部屋もあり、優遇されているなという感じでした。熊の毛皮も地元の狩りでの成果だそうで、立派なものでした。
We visited during a bicycle walk and had volunteers explain it. Everyone lives in this area with old thatched-roof houses, but only this museum allows you to tour the interior of the old-fashioned building. The lower irori is for the living room of Itama, the upper irori is for tatami customers, and the Buddhist irori is for the top tatami mats with helicopters. There is also a children's room on the 2nd floor, and I felt that it was given preferential treatment. The bear's fur was also a result of local hunting, and it was excellent.
