K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際の話ですが、大和リビングさんの代理業者として退去の際に立ち会ってもらったのですが、退去費用が信じられないくらい高額で、1LDKで39万程請求されました。すぐに大和リビングさんに連絡して他の業者の方に来てもらい、見積りをしてもらった所、最終的にリビング保証制度の適用もあって支払った金額はほとんどありませんでした。順風不動産の提示金額だとリビング保証制度は使えないと言われたのですが、この違いはなんなんでしょう、、、また、直接立ち合いに来てもらったsさんに見積内容について電話すると、寝起き？ような感じで面倒臭そうにあしらわれ、連絡するといった期日を過ぎても本人からも会社からも一切の連絡はありませんでした。怒りを通り過ぎて流石にあきれました。他にもいろいろ不快な点はありましたが、事実の記載なので、疑問に感じた方は注意した方がいいです。非常に不快でした。。。 Actually, I was witnessed when I moved out as an agent of Daiwa Living, but the cost of moving out was unbelievably high, and I was charged about 390,000 for 1LDK.
