他の方の口コミにもありますように、とても、とても信頼できる不動産屋さんです。特に、担当いただいた営業係長Mさんは女性ならではのキメ細かい心遣いとサポートができる方で非常に優秀です。上司にあたるS店長も真面目で礼儀正しい方でした。こちらの不動産屋さんと出会って以来、今まで大手不動産ばかりとお付き合いしてきたことを後悔しました。城西エリア限定なのかもしれませんが、自信を持ってNo.1だと人に紹介できる不動産屋さんです。

In particular, Mr. M, the sales manager in charge, is very excellent because he is able to provide detailed consideration and support unique to females. The manager S, who is my boss, was also a serious and polite person. Since I met this real estate agent, I regret that I have been dealing with only major real estate companies. It may be limited to the Josai area, but it is a real estate agent who can confidently introduce to people that it is No. 1.

希望の条件と立地もなかなか見つからない地域でしたが、条件にちかい物件をたくさんご紹介いただきました。どんな間取りができる土地か、土地の周りの環境など細かいところまでアドバイスいただき、希望の土地が見つかりました。手続きも迅速にすすみプロフェッショナルな対応です。
ハウスメーカーさんも私にあったところをご紹介いただき楽しく家づくりができました。
なにより、数社不動産屋さんをまわりましたが、殖産ベストさんが一番家族に寄り添った対応をいただけたことにも感謝しております。

When I was looking for land to build a custom home
I asked Mr. Best of Breeding.
It was an area where I couldn't find the desired conditions and location, but I was introduced to many properties that are close to the conditions. We received detailed advice on what kind of floor plan the land could have, the environment around the land, and so on, and found the desired land. The procedure is quick and professional.
The house maker also introduced me to a place that suits me, and I enjoyed building a house.
Above all, I visited several real estate agents, and I am grateful that Mr. Best of Breeding was the closest to my family.
The house was completed safely, and the person in charge came to see it. I'm glad to ask Mr. Best of Breeding for a place to live for decades to come.
