★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご担当して下さった青木さんがとても親切、丁寧にご対応して下さいました。物件や路線、地域のメリット点だけではなく、デメリット点もきちんと教えて下さいました。私達のために100件以上もの物件を事前に目を通して下さっていて驚きました。その物件を一つ一つ暗記されていて、厳選したものを提案して下さり、タイトスケジュールな私達にとっては本当に有り難い限りでした。納得のいく物件に出会えました。また、管理会社とのやりとりをする際にも休日だったのにも関わらず、出勤してくださり感謝しかありません。大手不動産会社の対応が悪かったので、こちらのお店に来ましたが正解でした。小さな規模感の不動産屋さんならではの丁寧さ、親切さ安心さ、親しみやすさがあるのだと感じました。
また次の物件探しもぜひこちらにお願いしたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました！
 Mr. Aoki, who was in charge, was very kind and helpful. He taught me not only properties, routes, and regional merits, but also demerits. I was surprised to read over 100 properties in advance for us. It was memorable for each and every one of the properties and offered me carefully selected ones, which was really appreciated for us on a tight schedule. I found a convincing property. Also, I was grateful for going to work even though it was a holiday when interacting with the management company. I came to this shop because the response of the major real estate company was bad, but it was correct. I felt that there is a politeness, kindness, security, and friendliness unique to a small real estate agency.
