営業の方が自分の利益になることを進んでやるが、契約取った後は適当になる。
勝手に担当者の評価を5段階中の4と書かされ提出させられる。
こちらの調べてほしいことを聞いても、そんな情報はないと返答され、契約後になってその情報を開示してくる。
契約を取ることばかりを至上主義と考えているのか、顧客の事を度外視しており、信用できない。
不動産会社なんてどこも同じかもしれないが。
