★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の面談やアセスメントまではよかったですが、いざ入社すると、ハードすぎて、障害理解のあるA型事業所とは思えませんでした。
 It was good for the first interview and assessment, but when I joined the company, it was too hard for me to think of it as a Type A business office with an understanding of disability.

他の福祉事業所を利用したことがないので、比較は難しいのですがスタッフの方が優しく、勇気づけてくださりました。
当時自分が心のバランスを崩した時は、周りの方にもスタッフの方にも大変ご迷惑をおかけしました。
体調を崩してしまい続けることが難しくなってしまいましたが、自分にとって有意義な時間を過ごせたと思います。
I was taken care of before.
The comparison is difficult because I have never used other welfare establishments, but the staff was kind and encouraged me.
When I was out of balance at that time, I was very annoyed to the people around me and the staff.
I felt sick and it was difficult to keep going, but I think I had a meaningful time for myself.
