★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもが遊んでいるのに先生は寄り添わず並んで立って喋っており、挨拶もしない。
保育だけでなく、金髪の先生も多く、身だしなみへの指導もないのか気になる。
去年の5歳児の先生は虐待かと思うような子どもへの対応。（子どもの話によると怒鳴る、無理やり給食を食べさせたりす？らしい....）
クリスマスページェントでは、子どもたちがセリフを言わされ、やらされた感満載のキリストの劇で感情もこもっていないし感動もないし必要ない気がする。
お話の劇などを通して子どもたちがもっと思いをこめて表現できるものにして欲しい。
保育園なのに、お盆や年末年始などは、お弁当を持って行かなくてはならず、土曜日保育なども仕事がない限り家庭保育の協力を要求されるので、休日出勤や用事があっても融通がきかず困ります。
働く保護者、母親の目線ではないところがおおいので、改善を願っています！
