私の足は両足扁平足で外反母趾右足の甲には骨の異常が有る難しい足です。
計測して浮き指でバランスが悪くて疲れやすい、インソールをお勧めしますと言われました? その場で作って頂き満足して帰りましたが歩いていると痛みが出て来て本日又伺い
インソールを削り靴の先の部分を広げて頂きジャストサイズに成りました！
色んな事を相談出来る親切丁寧な方です。
皆様、お勧めのお店です。
お１人でされてるので要予約をお勧めします。

靴そのものは既製品でオーダーではないですが、足を診断した上で、自分に合う靴を専門家の目で選んでくれます。
そして足裏のアーチがちゃんと保てるようにインソール(中敷き)を自分の足専用に加工してくれます。(ここがかなり肝！)
歩くのって毎日の事なのにおろそかにしてたなあ、だから足腰が痛んでたんだなあ、と痛感しました。
歩き方のアドバイスも頂いて、足をほぐすエクササイズのやり方も教えて頂きました。
個人でされている小さなお店ですが、近くにこんな良い店があって良かったなあと思えるところです。

I felt that I walked everyday and neglected it, so my legs and back were hurt.
He also gave me advice on how to walk and taught me how to exercise to relax my legs.
It's a small shop run by an individual, but I'm glad that there was such a good shop nearby.
