★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以外と知られていないスガキヤの工場です?豊明市にあります?スガキヤと言えば東海地方の方は知らない事は無いと思うラーメン屋です☺️昔から大型のスーパーにはスガキヤがあり子供の頃は買い物の帰りにスガキヤに行きたいと親におねだりしてました☺️いざ行くとラーメン＆ソフトクリームが定番でした??値段も安くて美味しかった思い出があります✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しまなみ海道、尾道で購入したお土産の「尾道ラーメン」を家で調理して食べたらデラウマの魚系のスープで、美味しいからスープの製造場所を見たら、なんと！幼い頃から馴染みある愛知県民の誰もが知る大好きなスガキヤさんのこちらの工場でスープを委託製造されているので感動しました。唸るほど美味かった！！
写真はシベリアから越冬でコミミズクが飛来した姿を撮影してる人集りとスガキヤ工場の一部分です。
If you cook and eat the souvenir "Onomichi ramen" that you bought at Shimanami Kaido and Onomichi at home, it's a fish-based soup from De Lauma.
