本当にありがとうございます。
ひとつだけ意見させてもらってもよらしいでしょうか。
こちらの薬局さんばかりではないと思いますが、
よく薬の説明をしてくださる場面で
「体調お変わりありませんか」とか
「どうされましたか」などと聞いてくださいます。しかしなんですが、この問いかけしてくださったことに対してこちらが
「これこれです」と説明したり、困っていること打ち明けても結局返していただける言葉は「ああ、そうなんですねー」とか「これは仕方ないですね」とかということがほとんどで正直ほとんど意味を持たないお決まり事のやり取りになってしまっています。
患者さんやそれを介護する者というのは自身の身体が少しでも改善するとか楽になるというのであれば、たとえ我慢しててでもお話を伺いたいと思っております。しかしお決まりでの声かけになっているとしたらそれは時間がもったいない。早く帰りたいのです。
病状がずっと快方に向かってない患者やずっと長く介護をしている者って、わらにもすがりたい毎日を送っています。だからもしお声をかけてくださるなら本気でお願いします。これを言いたいです。
声かけをしてくださることってありがたいです。

Even if you explain "this is this" or confess that you are in trouble, the words that you can return in the end are "Oh, that's right" or "This is unavoidable", and honestly, it has almost no meaning. It has become a routine exchange.
If patients and their caregivers feel that their bodies will improve or become easier, I would like to talk to them even if they are patient. But if it's the usual voice, it's a waste of time. I want to go home early.
Patients whose medical condition has not improved for a long time and those who have been caring for a long time are spending their days wanting to cling to the straw. So if you would like to speak to me, please do it seriously. I want to say this.
