★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドラッグストアは生鮮があったりとても便利でいいけど、調剤薬局の少し年配の男性の薬剤師の態度がものすごく悪い。もう行かないけど、接客態度改めたほうがいいと思う。
 The drugstore is fresh and very convenient, but the attitude of a slightly older male pharmacist at a dispensing pharmacy is terribly bad. I won't go anymore, but I think it's better to change the customer service attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お惣菜やパンや冷凍食品等の品数は薬局とは思えないくらぃ良いと思います。
けど、私が去年妊娠してお腹が張りはじめの頃
会計時お腹が痛くて冷や汗をかきながらうずくまっていたのにも関わらず
レジには4､50代の女性スタッフと20代の男性スタッフが居て目が合ったのに見て見ぬふりをされました！
勿論、マタニティマークを付けていて知らないふりで…
しばらくして、車で待っていた旦那が心配して助けてくれ会計を代わってくれたのですが、スタッフとして対応を教育して欲しいです！！
ちなみにいつも行くアオキでは、妊娠の時とても丁寧な対応をして頂きました。

ドラッグストアなのに、食品も豊富で一回のお買い物で済ませれるのが嬉しい。
ただし、今回初めて鮮魚コーナーで買い物しましたが最悪でした。
タコを切ろうと開封したらプーンと嫌な臭い。
家族からも臭ーっと言われ速攻捨てましたが、傷んだ物は店頭に出さないで欲しい‼︎

アオキの他店舗で出来ることが、この店舗では出来ない。
公共料金の支払いと、普通の買い物は会計を分けて欲しいと言ったのに、合算して現金でしか払えません、とか言ってくる。
分けてくださいと伝えた時、はいと返事したにもかかわらず。
アオカでキリのいい単位でチャージして、残りを現金払いをしたいと伝えると、ものすごく迷惑そうな顔をして、対応がおざなりだったので、理解出来ないのかな？まあ、並んでる人に悪いし、全部チャージしてはらいますと伝えると、複雑でわかりにくいので…と言われた。
他店舗では当たり前にいつも対応していることが、この店舗では対応できないようです。
この店舗は何か特別な店舗なんですか？
店員の態度もあまり良くないし…。(もちろん、素敵な笑顔の親切な店員さんもいますが)
もう使わないかな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 調剤薬局星１。買い物ついでに初めて行きました。他の方もコメントしていましたが、調剤薬局の中年男性の薬剤師の対応が最悪。いろいろお客を呼ぼうとお店は努力してるんだろうけど、薬剤師をなんとかした方がいいと思う。調剤にもすごく時間がかかった(35分間)。
ドラッグストアの方はいろいろ置いてあってオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店当初は比較的価格が安かったものの、今では平均的もしくは商品の質からすると若干高い程度の価格帯です。
クスリのアオキ本体が営業する薬局としての商品、そこにテナントとして鮮魚、精肉、総菜の3店舗が入った複合店舗で贅沢を言わなければこの店だけで食品周りは概ね揃います。
アオキ本体の商品は薬局としては平均的な品揃えです。
昔は菓子類が安かったのですが、今では他店と同等レベルです。
鮮魚は解凍品または冷凍の商品中心で品質としてはそれなりで、刺身は基本的に解凍品であまり良いものではないです。
精肉の質、品揃えは周辺店舗と比べても見劣りはしませんが、開店時から比べるとグラム単価を何度も上げており、価格的には安いとは言えないレベルです。
総菜は個人的には好みではないです。
揚げ物、焼き鳥、弁当、丼もの、寿司、冷蔵総菜など幅広く置いており、価格は比較的安価ですが家族からの評価もよくないです。
イートインスペースがありますが、新型コロナウイルスが広まって以降ずっと閉鎖されており使用できません。
クスリのアオキの日本国内で売り上げ首位の店舗だそうです。
そのためか同じ町内の高屋店と比べてもポイント還元率が低めになっています。
県営住宅という事情がないと入居が難しい住居の最寄りの店であり、大抵のものが揃うという事情がそうさせているのだと思います。
