片	片山まりえ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンの不調でメーカーに電話したが、中々繋がらない為、メーカーのネットで調べたところ購入店舗へ連絡と書いてあったので、私は新築で最初からエアコン付いていた為、家の業者経由で取付け業者のこちらに連絡をいれました。最初電話の対応（女性）では冷たい感じでそんな良い印象はありませんでしたが（不在着信があったが留守電には入っていた無かったため誰からの連絡かわからなかった）、来て頂いた若い男性の方はものすごく丁寧親切でした。口コミがあまり良くなかったので心配していましたが、うちに来てくれた名古屋支社？の若い男性の方はとても感じが良かったです。どうしたら良いか今後の対応などもとても親切に説明して頂き、安心出来ました。ありがとうございました。 I called the manufacturer because the air conditioner wasn't working properly, but I couldn't connect to it, so when I looked it up on the manufacturer's internet, it said that I would contact the store where I bought it.
