★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年1月4日、5日の1泊2日で京都に遊びに行った帰り、京阪電車で寝屋川市駅に下車して、育った寝屋川にふらっと立ち寄り 母校でもある寝屋川市立楠根小学校へ立ち寄りました。
私は今は寝屋川市から離れた大阪南部周辺の街に住んでいます。久しぶりの寝屋川訪問 そして久しぶりの母校の訪問。外観だけの見学でしたが、懐かしく感じました。やっぱ母校はいいものですね。色んな思い出が詰まった場所だっただけに、感慨もひとしおです。
楠根小学校は1975年9月開校。1975年の9月頃木田小学校からの分離でこの辺の近郊 （楠根北町 楠根南町 堀溝 新家）に住んでいた子供たちが楠根小学校へ移転したらしいです。6年生だけそのまま木田小学校残留だったようなことを聞いたことがあります。
私は1976年4月に入学。1978年私が小学校3年生の時に校舎が増築されました。（グラウンドから校舎正面を見て右側窓4列 濃いアイボリー色の所が校舎増築、当時増築校舎が完成するまではグラウンドにプレハブ小屋を建てての仮校舎でした。）1979年頃 中国からの訪日団の団体の方々が楠根小学校に訪れられ校門前で中国訪日団の方々と握手したのを覚えています。楠根小学校創立からもう45年の月日が流れました。人生の基盤を作ってくれた楠根小学校に感謝します。

Kusune Elementary School opened in September 1975. It seems that the children who lived in the suburbs (Kusune Kitamachi Kusune Minamimachi Horimizo Shinke) moved to Kusune Elementary School around September 1975 due to the separation from Kida Elementary School. I've heard that only 6th graders remained at Kida Elementary School.
I enrolled in April 1976. In 1978, the school building was expanded when I was in the third grade of elementary school. (Four rows of windows on the right side when looking at the front of the school building from the ground The dark ivory-colored part was an extension of the school building, and until the extension school building was completed at that time, it was a temporary school building with a prefabricated hut built on the ground.) I remember visiting Kusune Elementary School and shaking hands with the members of the Chinese delegation in front of the school gate. Forty-five years have passed since Kusune Elementary School was founded. I am grateful to Kusune Elementary School for laying the foundation for my life.
