外人のスタッフさんはあまり知識無いし
爺さんに至っては客商売とは思えない無愛想さ
せっかく観光地にある綺麗なショップなのにもったいない。
知識的な事でも他の店舗行く方が無難。
 To be honest, it's not good.
Foreign staff don't have much knowledge
It's unfriendly to the old man, which doesn't seem like a customer business
It's a waste to have a beautiful shop in a tourist spot.
It is safer to go to other stores even for intellectual matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全国に3店舗しかないクシタニのファクトリーストアです。ファクトリーストアはクシタニのウェブなどに掲載されていない限定アイテムが販売されているのが最大の魅力。
しかも、限定アイテムは無予告で入れ替わるのでsnsなどで情報を得るしかありません。
定期的にチェックしに行っていますが、クシタニ横浜が入っているマリンアンドウォーク、横浜赤煉瓦倉庫、ハンマーヘッド。
三つの商業施設が並んでいるので楽しく買い物もできます。クシタニカフェもあればいいのになぁ。
It is a factory store of Kushitani with only 3 stores nationwide. The biggest attraction of the factory store is that it sells limited items that are not posted on Kushitani's website.
Moreover, limited items will be replaced without notice, so you can only get information by sns etc.
I go to check it regularly, but Marine & Walk, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Hammerhead, which contains Kushitani Yokohama.
There are three commercial facilities lined up so you can enjoy shopping. I wish I had a Kushitani cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客も親切で試着室がとても綺麗。パンツの裾上げもその場でして頂き30分位で受け取れました。また利用します。
The customer service is kind and the fitting room is very beautiful. Hemming of the pants was done on the spot and I received it in about 30 minutes. I will use it again.

品質は昔から間違い無いのは使用して理解しています。
チタンマフラーのマグカップ面白いですね。

みなとみらい店は 昨日、初めて行きました。
店内の規模、広さは清水IC店より同じくらい？
見やすいレイアウトでした。
私達 夫婦を接客してくれた店員さんの対応が、親切かつ丁寧で…素晴らしく良かったです

入って直ぐ右側に、展示バイクにマネキンが乗っていてジャケットなどを着ています。
正面の台には、革の財布やキーケースや、
ペンケースなどなど…色々な革小物が
並んでいます。
右側から中央辺りに、ジャケットや
パーカーなど…アパレル商品や……
マグカップなど雑貨が並んでいます。
真ん中の左側にシューズが並んでいます。
左側の奥に手袋が並んでいます。
奥の真ん中に、ライディングスーツや
革パン、ジャケットなど…が並んでいます。
奥の右側に、原田 哲也さんを始めとする…
有名ライダーが実際に使用した擦り切れた
ライディングスーツが…さり気なくハンガーに
掛かって置いてありました！
