y	y. k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天丼セット結構大きな海老天が２本とカボチャに紫蘇の天ぷらが入った天丼。甘めな天つゆでうどんのスープと合ってるかな。 Tendon set Tendon with two fairly large shrimp tempura and pumpkin with shiso tempura. I wonder if it goes well with the sweet Tentsuyu udon soup.
k	kz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勝山にあるうどん屋の味平に行ってきました！麺は自家製で運が良ければ手打ちしている所が見れます♪ 麺は太め食べ応えのあるうどんで塩味がよく効いてます♪ 出汁はなにでとっているんだろう・・・鰹とも煮干しとも違う塩ベースなシンプルの出汁です。たまに行く時は肉うどんをよくオーダーするのですがちょっと冒険心で今日は冬限定の鴨鍋うどんをオーダーしました！鴨肉が入ったかきたまうどんでした！麺は美味しいのですが出汁に鴨の味があまりしないのが残念です。いつもの塩ベースです。もうちょっと醤油風味があった方が好きかも・・・。なんて言うか・・・鴨で出汁をとっているわけではなくうどんを煮込んでいる最中にあらかじめ茹でていた鴨肉を後入れし卵とじした感じ・・・ちょっと思っていた味と違って残念でした・・・。テイクアウトもある様なのでお店の味をご家庭で味わう事が出来るそうです！ I went to Mihira, a udon restaurant in Katsuyama!
