理由は、
マイナビ経由の求人募集掲載を拝見し、
面接の予約をしました。
折り返しの連絡は全くなく、
数日後、気になり再度連絡をした際、【体調不良】を理由に折り返しが出来なかったと言われました。
数日経過したとはいえ仕方のない事です。
マイナビに掲載している情報から、
携帯番号、メールを使ってやりとりをする以上
体調不良であったとしても、
時間は経っても折り返し求人に関する回答をするのは、掲載側の義務だと思います。
憤りを感じ
【貴社は自分の都合よく使える奴隷を募集しているのですか？】と、社長に直接お伺いした際、
びっくりしましたが【はい】と言われました。
こんな会社を紹介するマイナビと、
予想外な回答をするこの会社は
世間から排除されるべきだと感じました。
事実である以上こちらに記載させていただきます。
最低な会社と人事部だと判断しました。
