「給湯器 ○○市」と検索するとWebで一番上に出てきたので電話してみた。24時間365日OKを謳う割には、日曜日、家族がそれぞれ空いたときに掛けて5回目で繋がった。状況を伝え直ぐに来て欲しかったが、エラーコードと品番(生産終了商品)を伝えたらメーカーに問い合わせろとのこと。メーカーでカタログをもらい、カタログ品番を自分で調べてから電話で見積もり依頼をしないといけないらしい。だいたい定価よりどれ位安くなるか尋ねたところ、50%位との返答。Webの一番上に『81%OFF!』と堂々とかいてあるのに？色々とガッカリして電話を切り、後日同じ店だと間違えて静岡中央店さんに見積もり依頼したところ、直ぐに丁寧な返信と納得のいく金額提示があり不思議に思って調べたら、丸子(静岡中央店)と草薙(静岡店)と、全く違うお店だった。電話の対応って大事だと思う。
