人数制限をしているとのことで、席は空いていましたが残念ながら珈琲はいただけませんでした?
ケーキをテイクアウトしました。久しぶりの美味しさ!?!(写真なくてごめんなさい?)
対応も丁寧でした。

コーヒーの味は酸味があり、フレーバーは少ないが楽しめた。
料理は凝っていて、飲み物と合う。
ゆったりと飲める環境作りがされており、しばし時間を忘れることが出来た。
店内に行列が出来るくらいには人気があるお店であり、長居には適さない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内はこじんまりとした静かな空間です。穏やかに流れる音楽が言葉を交わさなくても心が通いそうな雰囲気。なみなみとカップ一杯の頂いたマンデリンは思ったより澄んだ味わいで苦味少なくクリーミィでさえありました。またおじゃま致します。
The inside of the store is a small and quiet space. An atmosphere where the music that flows gently seems to make you feel at home without exchanging words. Namami and Mandelin who had a cup full were clearer than I expected, less bitter and even creamy. I will bother you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とっても美味しいコーヒーを淹れてくれるお店です。店内はあまり広くありませんが、落ち着いた雰囲気で扉を開ける前からとても良いコーヒーの香りを楽しむことが出来ます。店内には小さいスペースではありますが、オシャレなグッズも販売するコーナーもある為、ドリップを待っている時に見ることをお勧めしますします。少し混んでいる時はテイクアウトでも楽しむことも出来ますので、混雑状況に合わせて活用をお勧めします。雑味の少ないスッキリした味やスパイシーな香りのコーヒー等、他ではあまり味わうことのないテイストを味わえます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族が友人と行って良いお店だったと聞き、
友人を誘って行きました。
店内の雰囲気は素敵でした。
1組2名までの制限はあるけれど、
隣の客とは真横に座る座席レイアウト、
店内は狭いので、その制限効果があるか謎でした。
ちなみにテイクアウトは週末はやっていないとのこと。
普通、忙しい週末は、店内&テイクアウト両方やるものじゃないのか、
感染対策で中入りたくないけど、飲みたい人の機会ロスを感じました。
(テイクアウトできるか電話をかけたら電話が繋がらず、直接行きました。)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 深煎のKUSAブレンドは思ったより爽やかで残る後味が香り深くとても好みでした。浅煎りは私には酸味が強く感じました。時間をかけて抽出してくださるので、サーブに時間がかかるのは良いのですが、珈琲が飲み終わる頃にチーズケーキが来たので、作り置きなら一緒にサーブして欲しかったです。とにかく店内が寒い。珈琲豆も注文したので店内での滞在時間が更に長くなり壁際の席は心底冷えました。暖房器具はあってもついてるのか？というぐらい寒かったので、雰囲気は素敵ですが冬には防寒対策をしてから入ったほうがいいですね。
The deep roasted KUSA blend had a more refreshing aftertaste than I expected, and I really liked it. Light roasting felt strongly sour to me. It's good that it takes time to serve because it takes time to extract, but the cheesecake came by the time the coffee was finished, so I wanted you to serve it together if it was made. Anyway, the inside of the store is cold. I also ordered coffee beans, so my stay in the store was even longer and the seats near the wall were really cold. Is there a heater, even if it is on? It was so cold that the atmosphere is nice, but in winter it is better to take measures against the cold before entering.

こだわりのコーヒーにチープな感想言えないのでやめまーす、美味しかった、、。
甘すぎず酸味のあるベイクドチーズケーキは、1番好きなやつです、、。
半日はぼーっとしていられるけれど、お店を出たら並んでいた、すみません。

I couldn't give a cheap impression to the coffee I was particular about, so I stopped it. It was delicious.
Baked cheesecake, which is not too sweet and has a sour taste, is my favorite one.
I've been vacant for half a day, but I'm sorry I was lined up when I left the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海辺の修道院を模したとされるこだわりの珈琲専門店。
焙煎所をベースとしてご夫婦でコーヒーとパン（お菓子？）をやられているので、まず焙煎所ありきかと思います。
一ノ宮の、絶妙に辺鄙なところにあるのでとても静か。
お店の中は狭いですが、窓が借景として作用している感じがあってきれいです。
非常に有名なお店で、こだわりについて様々な雑誌で掲載されている関係で「厳か」という印象が強かったのですが、店主はとても雰囲気の良い方でした。
有名店でカフェスペースが狭いこともありいつも忙しくされているのと、店内では極力静かにという雰囲気作りはあるので、わいわいがやがやよりも静かにコーヒーを楽しむところかと思います。
