S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通販で利用させていただきました。残念ながら、届いた時の状態がひどく、通販をされるには温度管理が杜撰なお店です。アフターフォローもプロフェッショナルとはいえない不誠実な対応を受け、がっかりです。真夏だというのに、冷蔵庫からだした温度帯のものをそのまますぐ常温便で送付されたとのこと。温度帯はチルドか常温かをお店にお任せというのを選択したにも関わらず、すぐに真夏の気温下で輸送したらどうなるかはわかるはずです。輸送中、結露した結果、ラベルはめくれ上がり、ビニール袋に一本ずつ入れられていたので、輸送中にカビでしょうか、黒い斑点や赤い斑点がたくさん付着していました。返品をお願いしましたが、往路分の送料負担も買い主負担にされ、返金がありませんでした。せっかくのいいお酒を台無しにされ、電話もなく、メール文からも誠意を感じられないお店でした。ご注意ください。 I used it by mail order.
