病院いっても治らなかった腱鞘炎がなおりました！それも動かし方や手の使い方を教わり通うごとに改善したのかなと思います。
◎整体師さんトレーナーさんみなさんが話しやすい方でお話ししていると診察もあっとゆうまに終わります！体の不調もよくなり、日頃の鬱憤話もできスッキリした状態で帰宅できます。笑
◎トレーニングの方は機械が豊富な上に丁寧に使い方動かし方を教えてくれます。ダイエットや健康のためにそして体の姿勢等を直すために最適だと思います。
