その時はご夫婦で厨房内でバタバタしていたせいか汁気のある焼きそばが供された時には目を疑ったものです
味は薄かったと思います、やはり水分が飛んでなかったのでしょう

店の奥に振り子時計があったり現役？の黒電話があったりする
特に腹が減っているわけでもなく少しビールが飲みたかったのでつまみに￥350のお好み焼きと一緒に注文
ビールのつまみとしていい感じの薄い広島焼のようなお好み焼きだった

I wasn't particularly hungry and wanted to drink a little beer, so I ordered it with okonomiyaki for ¥ 350.
It was a thin okonomiyaki like Hiroshima-yaki that was nice as a beer snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柳ケ瀬を歩いていてたまたま発見したお好み焼き屋。
関西ではわりとどこにでもありそうな店であるが、外観の渋さと「どて煮あります」の看板に釣られて入店。
昭和のままの店内はゆっくりとした時間が流れており、メニューはすこぶる安い。
酔っぱらいのおっさんが、お会計で1200円は高いとおかみさんに食ってかかっており、そのやりとりがまた昭和のドラマのようで面白い。
ミックス、どて煮を注文する。
１０分ほどで御世辞にもうまそうな見た目のお好み焼きではないが、どこか懐かしい見た目のお好み焼きが登場だ。
いただきます。おっ、これはうまい。
どてはどうだろう。
こちらも臭みがまったくなく、とろけるようなどて煮である。
関西の白味噌と違い、赤味噌味付けなのだろうか。こちらも非常にうまい。
バックミュージックは古時計の振子の音のみ。
ここだけ時間が止まっているような不思議な時間を堪能しながらごちそうさまである。
こういう店はいつまでもあってほしいなぁと思いながら、春の柳ケ瀬に身を投じていくのであった。
