展望場までの道はあまりよいとは言えませんでしたが、展望場からはつぶて石を含め、最上川を見渡すことができます。

It is on the opposite side of the road from the crushed stone. I think it is easy to understand because there is a sign for "Kurotaki Observatory Park".
The road to the observatory was not very good, but from the observatory you can see the Mogami River, including the crushed stones.
