 Thank you for your money several times, but I am sure it is polite and quick. The substitute car is also beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7時まで空いてますよね？と確認し、空いていると言われたので明日の6時半に伺うと話をして、いざ行ってみると誰も出てこないし電話も出ない。
空いていないなら空いていないと言って欲しい。店のオープン時間ぐらい社員全員で把握もできていないのか。ありえない。
二度と利用しません。
You're free until 7 o'clock, right? I was told that it was vacant, so I talked about visiting at 6:30 tomorrow, and when I went there, no one answered and no phone was answered.
If it's not available, say it's not available. Isn't all the employees able to grasp the opening time of the store? Impossible.
I will never use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ムーブキャンバスの窓枠上部を凹ませてしまい修理してもらいました。お店の方は皆さん優しく、又、丁寧な対応でとても印象が良かったです。
修理箇所も分からないほど完璧で、ドアごと変えたのかなと思うほどです。
修理費も某カーショプと変わらない価格で受取りに行ったとき洗車までして頂きました。
もうぶつけたくは無いですが、ぶつけたら又お願いしたいと思います。
I dented the upper part of the window frame of the move canvas and had it repaired. Everyone at the shop was kind, and I was very impressed by the polite response.
The repaired parts were so perfect that I couldn't even tell, and I wondered if I had changed the entire door.
When I went to pick up the repair cost at the same price as a certain car shop, I even washed the car.
I don't want to hit it anymore, but I would like to ask again if it hits.
