み	みちょらみちょ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの店舗の古いクチコミや写真はたか木のものが多くあてになりません。2021年12月1日時点では、煮干し系は取り扱っていませんし、麺もパスタのようなストレート麺のみで、細麺や手もみ麺などはありませんのでご注意を。見た目のスープ「清湯」は漆黒のスープでしょっぱいかと思いきや意外にも甘みがあります。表面には油が浮いておりコクが増し、油好きには好まれる出来あがり。煮干し系が好きな方には不向きですね。「チャーシュー」は「焼豚」では無く「ローストポーク」ではないでしょうか？薄く柔らかいチャーシューで、トロトロととろけるチャーシューではありませんでした。全体的な感想は、ここのラーメンは最近流行りの青森煮干しラーメンではなく、田舎にあるのだが上品な都会派醤油ラーメン。「駒繋」さんの醤油ラーメンに油を多く浮かせた感じかな。煮干し系や豚骨系が好きな方には物足りず、好みが別れるところ。お店立ち上がり間もないため、メニュー改定が今後もありえるかもしれないのでご注意を！ Many of the old reviews and photos of this store are made of Takagi.
