普段から主に肩こり改善のため通っています。30分ほど施術してもらうだけで、本当に肩が楽になります。そのあとは好転反応で眠くなりますが、次の日はスッキリするのでとても上手な先生なんだと思います。
ほかにも小顔マッサージなど美容メニューも豊富で、凝り固まったエラのような部分をほぐして、顔の筋肉を緩める施術もあります。こちらは1回でも小顔効果がありますが、続けて2回ほど行くとかなり顕著に効果が感じられるので、大切な日の前には行くようにしています！
